Terms of Use
Last updated 10 July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and the open-source packages published by Zansn Labs Pty Ltd (ABN 98 700 108 283). By using the site, you agree to them.
About us
This website is operated by Zansn Labs Pty Ltd, an Australian private company (ACN 700 108 283). References to "we", "us", and "our" mean Zansn Labs Pty Ltd.
Use of the site
You may view and use this site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use automated means to abuse the contact form or other endpoints.
Open-source packages
Our open-source packages (including zansn, @zansn/ai-sdk, @zansn/langchain, and @zansn/openai-agents) are provided under the Apache License 2.0. Your use of those packages is governed by that license, which is included with each package. They are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
The evidence packs and outputs the tooling produces are yours. You are responsible for how you use them, including any deployment decisions you make based on them.
No professional advice
The site and the tooling provide technical assurance information. They do not constitute legal, compliance, security certification, or professional advice, and they do not certify any system against any standard. Content about frameworks describes what the work is designed to map to, not a certification.
Intellectual property
Except for the open-source packages under their respective licenses, the content, design, and branding of this site are owned by Zansn Labs Pty Ltd. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, other than normal personal or internal reference.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites, such as npm or documentation. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the tooling. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
